Our Fresh Produce
Our lettuces, herbs, greens and vegetables come from Valdivia, Murray, Weiser, Mc Grath, Herr, Tanaka Farms, as well as sourced from other local farms that use sustainable farming practices. Hence, we serve the freshest produce available and love to showcase the best the season has to offer.
Our Meats
We serve GAP-2 Animal Welfare Certified chicken from Naked Truth. Our pork is also natural, free of hormones and antibiotics from Niman Ranch; while our beef is Certified Humane, Never-Ever, Natural Angus from Aspen Ridge.
Our Oils
Olive oil, Grapeseed and Sunflower oil for all of our cooking, frying and salad dressings.
Absolutely no trans fats or hydrogenated oils.
Our Carbs
White Rice: short grain. Ancient grains: brown rice, organic quinoa, organic forbidden black rice.
Our Seasonings
Our sauces, dressings, seasoning rubs, are proprietary blends prepared in-house by our master chef. We use Mediterranean sea salt exclusively, as well as gluten-free soy sauce.
